AFTERCARE instructions

Keep the bandage on for 24-48 hours. If it leaks, remove it.
Showering while wearing the bandage is fine. No bathing or submerging.
To remove, pull along the direction of hair growth. Use warm water or coconut oil if needed.
Wash with unscented soap and pat dry with a paper towel or air dry.
For the next two weeks:
Wash hands before touching the tattoo.
Gently wash with unscented antibacterial soap.
Pat dry with a clean paper towel, or air dry.
Apply moisturizer 2-4 times a day - enough to lightly cover the tattoo. Applying too thickly will irritate the tattoo.
The tattoo will scab and itch. Don’t pick or scratch at it.
Seek medical attention immediately for: redness, pus, swelling, feeling hot, etc.

Leave the bandage on for 2-4 hours.
Wash hands, and remove the bandage. Gently wash the tattoo with warm water and unscented antibacterial soap.
For the next two weeks:
Wash hands before touching the tattoo.
Gently wash with unscented antibacterial soap.
Pat dry with a clean paper towel, or air dry.
Apply moisturizer 2-4 times a day - enough to lightly cover the tattoo. Applying too thickly will irritate the tattoo.

Today: Keep the wrap on overnight.
Day 2: In the morning wash with unscented soap and pat dry with a paper towel (plasma is normal).
Let the tattoo air dry for an hour or so. Wash and re-bandage with saran wrap, taping in place if needed. Keep it on throughout the day.
Repeat the last step once more before bed, this will be the last wrap.
Day 3: Remove final bandage in the morning! You may now follow general aftercare below and start applying moisturizer.
DO NOT apply moisturizer until the 3rd day (once done with the saran wrap process).

Sleep in something clean and loose that will cover the tattoo.
Sweating, bathing, swimming, or fully submerging a healing tattoo is strongly discouraged.
We recommend unscented antibacterial soaps, and moisturizers like unscented lotion, coconut oil or Aquaphor.
Once it’s healed, wear the highest SPF sunscreen on your tattoo anytime you’re outside.
